Friends Helping Friends, a local organization that assists cancer victims and their families with financial assistance that may be incurred while battling the disease, is searching for people in need of assistance. Assistance can be provided in the form of money for gas, hotels, food and other expenses incurred during treatments.
Morris County Sheriff Jay Simecka said the sheriff’s office is “making do” while two patrol vehicles are out of service.
