Three Adults, Three Juveniles Arrested On Drug Charges
On September 23, at approximately 2:05 p.m., Officers from the Council Grove Police Department executed a search warrant at 28 North Neosho Street Apartment, #4, in Council Grove. As a result of the search warrant, Kevin Wiegand, Council Grove, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked into the Morris County Jail. Additional arrests are anticipated. On September 24, at approximately 3:04 a.m., Officers from the Council Grove Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Main Street in Council Grove. After a probable cause search of the vehicle, Danny Miller, Herington, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked into the Morris County Jail. The Morris County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the traffic stop.
