Blaise French, Council Grove senior, went up high for two over a Wabaunsee defender during Tuesday night’s Flint Hills League contest.
The Council Grove High School Braves picked up their first league basketball victory of the season Tuesday night, defeating the Wabaunsee Chargers 49–45.
A federal lawsuit has been filed by Terry Lee Lif against the City of Council Grove, Kansas, in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. The case was filed on December 29, 2025, and is assigned Case No. 5:25-cv-04130KHV-GEB.

Taunton will also be a part of upcoming shows in Wichita at Century Two and at the Stormont Vail Event Center in Topeka.
