REPRESENTATIVE NATE BUTLER 68th District

The 2026 legislative session has included both rewarding and difficult moments. There have been times of laughter and productive debate, as well as moments of sorrow with the loss of a colleague. There is still much to do, with only a few short weeks to accomplish the work. According to the current legislative schedule, the Legislature is expected to reach first adjournment on March 27. Lawmakers will then return to Topeka for veto session beginning April 9, with final adjournment scheduled no later than April 11.

The 340b Program, funded by pharmaceutical companies, creates healthier Kansas communities at NO COST to Kansas taxpayers.
