TOPEKA STARS -- Local resident Ryan Pracht was a member of the Topeka Stars Special Olympics softball team that competed at Nationals in Orlando last week and took first place. The team also won championships in 2017 and 2019. Pracht is employed at Ray’s Apple Market.
