Lady Braves Lose By Six, 53-47

The Council Lady Braves Basketball team faced off against Burlington in their final regular season game on Monday, hard fought contest that saw the Lady Braves lose 53-47.
The Lady Braves took the early lead, finishing the first quarter ahead 13-8. Burlington would cut into the lead slightly in the second quarter, with the Lady Braves heading into halftime up by three points. Burlington would mount a second half comeback, going up by two points in the third and pulling further ahead in the fourth to pick up the win.
