LADY BRAVES CELEBRATE 40TH ANNIVERSARY

LADY BRAVES CELEBRATE 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF STATE TITLE TEAM -- Council Grove High School will recognize the 40th anniversary of the 1984 Class 4A State Volleyball Championship Team during the CGHS Invitational Tournament here Saturday. The team will be announced before the start of bracket play. In state action for the 1984 Lady Braves, they ended Concordia’s 50 game winning streak and their 35-0 record, by handing the Lady Panthers their first loss defeating them 15-10, 15-12 inNIVERSARY OF STATE TITLE TEAM
