Tuesday’s meeting of the Council Grove City Council opened with an update on Parks and Recreation activities from Recreation Director Justin Carlson. Carlson stated that he is working on options for baseball and softball training camps and clinics should the phased re-opening plan allow for restrictions on activities to loosen.
