Volunteers work to clean up the remnants of the recently sandblasted mural at the old Duckwalls building on Main Street. The wall will soon be home to a new mural that will point visitors to the Neosho Riverwalk. The project was organized by the Community Arts Council and Council Grove PRIDE, along with Shirley McClintock, who spearheaded the project. The wall was sandblasted by workers from Hartman Masonry, who donated their labor. Clean up was performed by volunteers from the community.
