Braves fall to Silver Lake, look ahead to playoffs

The Council Grove Braves hosted the Silver Lake Eagles Friday night at Legion Field, where they fell 17–8 in a hard-fought regular-season finale.Both defenses held strong through the first half. The Eagles took a narrow 3–0 lead into halftime after connecting on a 37-yard field goal in the second quarter.
