Savanah and Madeline Rivers completed 1000 Books before kindergarten this month! They both started the program at Manhattan Public Library, transferred to Emporia Public Library, but finished at Council Grove Public Library. Frequent visitors to the library, Savi and Madi are daughters of Ashley and Jonathan Rivers.
