A new Tesla Destination Charging Station is nearing completion in Council Grove, the result of a private investment by Jeff Hake of Manhattan.
The Council Grove Junior High Braves boys basketball teams celebrated 8th Grade Night, Tuesday, December 15, with an impressive showing across all levels, defeating Osage City in both the Varsity and JV games, while the C Team battled hard in a narrow loss. The rivalry matchup created a lively and exciting atmosphere for fans.
The Council Grove City Council met Tuesday, December 16, at City Hall, with Mayor Debi Schwerdtfeger presiding. Councilor Sharon Haun attended the meeting remotely via Zoom.
