A recent ruling by the Kansas Court of Appeals upheld how property values are calculated for land surrounding Council Grove Lake.
The Morris County Commissioner meeting was called to order on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Commissioners Jim Barber, David Fox and Wayne Kohler were present. Bill Kassebaum, County Counselor, and Chelsey Schmidt, County Clerk, were present.
