Burdick Days celebration set for September 6-7

HONORED FOR HIS SERVICE - Vance Hight of Council Grove has been named Morris County’s honored volunteer for his longtime service to area senior citizens. Hight has delivered meals to senior citizens through the Council Grove Senior Center for more than 14 years. He will be recognized with other volunteers from throughout the North-Central-Flint Hills Area Agency on Aging region during the Sunflower Fair Sept. 22 in Salina.
